Our Childcare provides a nurturing environment for infants and children 8 weeks through 10 years of age. Qualified Childcare Associates will care for your child in a clean & safe environment while you enjoy your workout at no charge! We encourage our members to use this service. For the safety of your child, we recommend you familiarize yourself with our general policies

Odyssey offers over 60 Group Exercise Classes weekly, meeting the needs of all fitness levels. Our Instructors are Best in Class, hold numerous industry respected certifications, and deliver motivating class instruction. Schedules are available at the Front Desk Reception area.
